Mind, Memory and Senders sanding, but lunatic
and distracted,
on the twenty seventh day of September, in the year aforesaid
at the Parish and in the Liberty aforesaid To Wit into the
Serpentine River in Hyde Park
, there did cast and throw
herself, by Means of which said casting and Throwing, she the said

there Suffocated and drowned, Of which said Suffocation and
Drinking, she the said
