this Deponent that the deceased had not been
missing above twenty minutes prior to the
time he was taken out of the Water, hearing
slipt away from then whilst they were at
Dinner. This Deponent further sayith that there
was a Bung Cork floating near the deceased
and therefore imagines that he accidentally slipt
into the water in going after the said Bung Cork
and by that means was drowned.

That upon as the deceased was taken out of the
Water Mr. North the Surgeon [..] Chelsea was
sent for but not being at home, his son come
and used every means usual for recovery of Life
or such Occasions but without the wished for
Effect.
