together with the deceased and one Isabella

in Park Street
and while they were drinking together in a back Parlour at
the Publick House [..] with a Man
whoseNameChristian Name isJamesJoseph and
who is a Footman out of Place two Soldiers

Copestick came to the said
Publick House [..] when they together with
with the deceased, Isabella Bremar< no role >
, the
young Man named Joseph and this Deponent
all [..] not together in the said back Parlour in the said Publick
House where they drank five Pints of [..]
Ale and a Pot of Beer, and where they all
stayd drinking the within a quarter of Eleven
O Clock all in Perfect good Humour and
Meriment, when this Deponent together
with Isabella Bremar< no role >
and the young Man
named Joseph went outtoin order to go
to the respective Homes but after they
had got out of the House they waited untill
the deceased and the two Soldiers came
out in order to wish them a good Night who
all came out of the House unless than a
Minute afterwards, That upon then coming
out and wishing this Deponents good Night
the deceased with Thomas Wild< no role >
the Soldier
went up ParkLane
Street Arm in Arm together
in the greatest Friendship and good humour
towards Oxford Street
and Deponent, and
Isabella Bromar< no role >
went to then respective
Homes and the young Man named Joseph
went home with this deponent and the other
Soldier Copestack returned into
the duke of Gloucester Publick House
and
Deponent saith she has never saw either
the deceased or Wild the Soldier since
that time till after the death of the deceased
nor doth she know how the deceased came
by her death.
