on his Oath with That, Yesterday Morning
between Seven and Eight o'Clock Mr. George
Walker< no role >
's Servant Maid came to Dept. and told
Dept that a Man had hanged himself, upon
which he went and saw the Deced Hanging
in Mr. Walker's back yard by a small Cord
which was fastened to a Wooden Rail there
and about the Deceds Neck Says that with
a Knife he cut the cord and laid the Deced
down, being Dead but not quite cold, and
Dept. thinks that the Deced Hanged himself

the Deced has
Lodged
with Dept. Nine and forty weeks, and
generally saw the Deced every day, That
the Deced appeared to be in good Health
until the last three weeks or a Month
when he complained of a pain in his Head
and Stomach, That he was very low Spirited
and said very little and was different from
what he used to be, and staid in his Room
all day on Wednesday last, and Dept. does
not think that the Deced was in his Senses
