St. James in the Liberty of Westminster Surgeon or his Oath
Saith that he was sent for Yesterday to Mr. Greives in
Cranburn Street to Examine a New Born Child that had
been found in the Necessaryhe found the Child had been
taken out of the Necessary and had been cleared there were
no Marks of violence on the Body of the Child the Child
did not appear to have come quite to the timehe Examined
the Child and found the navel Strong had not been cut, but
born which he apprehends by the weight of the ChildDepont.
believes the Child Died in the Birth or shorthy before the
Birth and is of Opinion it never Breathed
