that the Deced died Yesterday Morning
at threeOneo'Clock, the Twenty ninth Instant

on his Oath saith That he has drove
the Bay Horce that kicked the Deced
about six months That he has often
Dressed the Horse, That he never offered
to kick the [..] Dept. was not Vicious, and
he always thought him a very Quiet
Horse

on this Oath saith That on Tuesday
Evening last the Deced came into
Depts. Shop complaining of a pain in
his Stomack in consequince of being kicked
by a Horse, and that he had beat the
Horse with his Cane, Says that he
bled the Deced and gave him something
to take That he saw the Deced [..]
day Sec [..] aswith his death when [..]
worse and died yesterday Morning, on
consequence of being kicked with the
Horse.
