The hearing of this Deponent, the Deceased, was not
then present Deceased went out on Tuesday Morning the 11th. Instant
last on his Business about Seven o'Clock and returned
about Nine in the Morning to Breakfast with his
Wife, Deponent and the Maid Servant Breakfasted with
themAbout Eleven on [..] Twelve o'Clock the same Day
he complained of his Head, he used to have the Head
Ach put his hand to his Stomach and said he was very poorly the next Day Wednesday about one or Two o'Clock
the Deceased came down Stairs into the Shop and asked
of then was any Business and whether any Body wanted
him in particular did not complain to the Deponent
then Deceased went into the Parlors and laid down his
Head on a Pillow on the Table, and soon after went up
to Bed again on Thursday last the Deceased lay a Bed
till between Eleven and Twelve o'Clock, came down Stairs
came into the Shop about Twelve o'Clock and [..] gave
the Deponent Twenty four Pounds seven Shillings & six pence
to Pay a Bankers Clerk, and then went into the Parlour
for a little which, and soon after went up to Bed
About Nine or Ten o'Clock on Thursday Night be heard

The Deceased making very great moan, and the Maid
soon after called him up Stairs and said his Master was
a Dying, Deponent went up immediately, his Mistress
said he had got the Gamp Deponent both up the
Candle and went up to him and said He's a Dead [..]
he closed his Eyes and clenched his Fist, and then went the Deponent
out of the Room for assistance.

Servant to the Deceased about Ten Months, says that
on Sunday Night the Ninth of October instant the
Deceased was in the Parlour with his Wife and the
Deponent was there, the Deceased complained of a [..]
in his Bowels and a great Sleepness,the next Day
Monday
Deponent was sent for a Pint of Porter, of
was put on the Inn to Warm her Mistress sent her
down for the Brandy and Sugar, and she carried them
up and put some Brandy in a Spoon into the Bear
her Mistress advised her Master to go to Bed and that
the Shift Night make him better in the Morning
the Deceased dearth some, and her Mistress drank some
