of Inflammation on the Stomach Deponent says
that lately hearing that the Deceaseds' Vomitings were
incessant makes the matter more Suspicions in his
Opinion than he before thought.

Surgeon on his Oath saith that on Wednesday last about
Noon he was called in to the Deceased, he was sitting
by the Fire, the Deceased told Deponent he had had a
violent Vomiting and Purging all Night, Deponent desired
to see what had come from the Deceased, Deponent was
informed it had been flung away Deceased told the
Deponent that he had been formerly subject to a Bilious
Complaint but had not had it lately Deponent supposed
Deceased might have taken Something of Food or Drink
that might have disagreed with him, and he sent [..]
him a Box of [..] Pills one to be taken at Night the other in
the Morning in order to open his Bowels, next Day
Thursday about Eleven o'Clock in the forenoon Mr.
Fenonlet came to Deponent to let him know the Deceased

Deceased was much worse, and that his Vomitings
were more violent then over Deponent went and
found the Deceased's pulse very low was then in bed then Deponent gave him
a mixture of Margnesian Rhubarb, and Ipecanhasea
simple distilled water of Mind and Fennel, and
ordered it to be taken away then hoping that would
take off the Sickness the Deceased being too low to
give him stronger Medicines Deponent called the
next Day about Noon and was informed he was Dead.
Deceased did not tell the Deponent that he had
taken any thing of a Poisonons nature, nor did he
complain that any thing of that kind had been
given to him nor did the Deponent suspect that
anythe Deceased had any thing of that kind.

Two Years, says the Deceased has been Married to his
Mistress about Eleven Weeks, says they were an
unhappy Couple, and his Mistress treated the Deceased
very Ill and has wished him Dead several times in the
