King, when, how, and by what Means the said

his Death, do upon their Oath say, That the said

Thirteenth day of October in the year aforesaid died suddenly in a
certain Stable Yard called Burton Muse
, situate and being in the
said Parish of St. George Hanover Square
within the Liberty and
County aforesaid, and that the said

departed this
Life by the Visitation of God in a natural Way, and not by any
violence or Injury from any Person whatsoever to the Knowledge
of the said Jurors.
In Witness whereof as well the said

have to this Inquisition set their Hands and seals the Day
