Robert Gefford< no role > Groom to Thomas Keale< no role > Esqr
on his Oath saith That on Thursday Evann [..] last
the first Instant Dept.whowas [..] to
Litter down his Master's Bay Horse in his
Stable in Mason's Yard St. James and did
not speak to the Horse, as he used to do
That the Horse immediately kicked the
Deced [..] little above his Knee, with his
Near hinder foot and the Dept. fell down
under theDeced [..] Belly when the Horse
and the Horse tried to tread upon this
Dept. but a Man came into the Stable
and took the Dept. away, Says that he
sat upon a Pail there and the Footman
Samuel Crabbe< no role > the Deced came there and
was told by this Dept. that desired Deced
not to go the Horse, but Deced went up to
the Horse and with both his Hands struck
the Horse upon his Rump without
speaking to him, That the Horse Struck the
Deced in the Groin with both his hinder
feet and Deced fell down, That the
Deced afterwards got up saying, Dear
Went out and lay down upon the Dunghill
near the Stable Door, Says that the Deced
was bled and afterwards carried to
Mr. Ke [..] House in Pall Mall on Saturday
Morning last the third Instant. Says that
he d [..] not know that the Horse has Kicked
any other Person Says that, he rides the
[..] upon the Road with his Master
and that he goes very Steady and quiot.

on his Oath saith That on Thursday the
the first Instant this Dept. was in
Mason's Yard , That he saw the Deced
lying upon the Dunghill in the Yard
who told Dept. that he was kicked by
his Masters Bay Horse and [..] his Groin
and complained very much Says that
Deced was bled there and Dept. carry
the Deced home in the Coach, Says the
about a Year ago the Horse kicked
this Dept. upon his left Arm

Charles Norman< no role > of St. Alban Street Surgeon
on his Oath saith that on Friday Morning
last Mr. Keale sent for this Dept. He went
and said the Deced at Mr. Keale, not much
external Injury appeared, but nothing
passed through the Deced Says that he
did every thing for him with the Advice
of Mr. Hale but Deced died on Saturday
Morning the third Instant, and Dept believes
that he died in consequen of the Bruise
he reced upon the Intantmes from the
Kick of the Horse
