the Liberty of Westmr.
in the County of
Midsex upon an Inquisition touching the
death of
Samuel Hall< no role >
lying dead
in the
said Parish Liberty and County.

on his Oath saith, That Samuel

the Deced lodged at this Dept. House and came
home last Night about Nine o'Clock when Henry
Francis< no role >
the Deced's Bed fellow, and the Deced drank
two Penny worth of Gin and Water and they both went
to Bed together, in great friendship and Harmony
Says that this Morning about forty Minutes after
one, this Dept. was an awaked by People talking above
Stairs and found that the Deced was dead, by
the Bursting of a Vessel as Dept. was informed
the Deced having vomited a great deal of Blood
upon the Floor, Says that he fetched a Surgeon
who Examined the Deced and said that a
Blood Vessel with in him burst which he believes
to be the cause of Deced's death.

appearing from their talk to be in Friendship
nor did the ever know them to have any Quarrel
Says that between One & two o'Clock this Morning
Dept. was called up by John (whose Sername
he does not know) who said that one of the
Men above Stairs was dying upon which
he went up to the Deced, who died
immediately upon Dept. taking hold of his Hand
Says that there was Blood upon the Floor which
Deced had vomited as Dept. was informed, and
Dept. believes that he died in consequence of
Bursting a Vessel within him
