and Dept. thinks that he was
Accidentally choaked and Strangled
by the Horse Halter and the Cord
[..] Says that she called Mr. Lomax
the Apothecary who endeavoured for
some time to restore the Deced to Life
but in vain.

Northey on his Oath saith That Charles
Jones
< no role > the Deced (Aged about sixteen
Years) had the care of Mr. Nothey's Horse
in his Stable, That about four o'Clock
yesterday afternoon he sent ann whole
the Horse maid to fetch him a Pot of beer
that she returned immediately Saying
that the Boy and Horse were entangled
together and that the Boy, appeared to
be in Danger, upon, which this Dept.
went into Stable and saw the
[..] before theManger appearing to
be upon his Knees being entangled
in the Horse's Collar and a cord
and confined Says that he lifted up
the Deced, and then the Horse lifted
up his Head higher, which before
Seemed to be untangled Says that
he cannot say that the Cord. was around
The Deced's Neck, there being no kent
but on Dept touching the Cord with
his Hand the Deced being discharged
without any thing being untiled
and Dept. think that the Deced was
[..] untally Cloaked and Strangled
by the Cord and Collar abovementioned
