Henry Board Foot in an to the Right Honble
Lord Howe in Grofton [..] in the Parish of
St. George Hanr. Square that he was Called this
Morning by some of the House Maids who
in found but that Martha had Harged herself
upon which he found Martha Price< no role > Hanging by
a Cord fasting to an Iron Hook drove into a
Piece of Wood and about the Deced's Neck Says
that with a Knife Dept. and the Cord and Deced
fell down, appearing to be dead, but her Neck
was warm Says that a Surgeon was fetched
who bled the Deced, Says that he believes that
the Deced Hanged herself.

George Bower< no role > Journeyman to Mr. Walker of
St. James Street Apothecary and Surgeon on his
Oath saith That he was fetched this Morning to
Lord Howe's House in Graften Street being informed
that one of the Mairs had Hanged herself
says that he opened a vair in Deced's Ann
when she bled a few Drops only but Deced
was dead.

Sarah Jones< no role > Cook to Lord Howe on her Oath
saith That she believes the Deced Harrged herself
says that the Deced was at times very low
Spirited and desponding for a Considerable
times especially some Christmas last Says that
the Deced ofter said that she wishes she was dead
and Dept. believes that the Deced was at times
Disordered in her Mind.
