Verdict

That Samuel Dengerfield< no role > being afficted with
the Stone & a Rupture and by the violence
of those Diseases being Delirious and out of
his Mind, on the Seventeenth day of October 1789
with a Knife gave himself a mortal Wound
in his Throat at the Parish of St. John the Evangt.
Westmr , of which he died on the Eighteenth of
the same Month
