That Elizabeth Basely< no role > being in a Dehrin
occasioned by the violence of her Fever
throw herself out of a Garret Window of
a House in Chanders Street in the Parish
of St. Paul Covent Garden within the Liberty
of Westmr. on the 19. day of Octr. 1789 and
there by reced Brcuss & a Fracture of
which she then and there died
