William Sawray Gilfrin< no role > of the Parish of
St. Margaret Westmr . Artist on his Oath
saith That Anthony D Polier< no role > has attended
the Dept at times by six months last past
to be instructed, in the Art of Drawing, and that he
was with Dept last Saturday when he
appeared very Melancholy and low Spirited
as he had done for some hour past.

Richard Thompson< no role > of North Audley Street
Surgeon on his Oath saith That he this day
Examined the Body of Anthony D Polier< no role >
and found that he had been shot by a
Pistol Ball which Enter'd on at the Month
fractured the right side of the lower Jaw
and upon further inquiry found the Ball
had passed through the Roof of his Mouth
and lodged in the Brain which was the
immediately cause of his Death.
