Stable [..] per on Grovsener Ma [..] on
his Oath Saith That Yesterday Afternoon
Dept. was Drinking at Mr. Holliday [..]
a Publick House in the same Mews,
when Mr. Holliday said that two Men
were fallen down off a Scaffold upon
which he immediately went to the
Men and saw the Deced lying on his
Back with several pieces of Tiles
upon him, and one of the Scaffold B [..]
which had fallen down lying by the
Deced Says that the Deced breathed
three times but could not move [..]
speak Says that a Surgeon came to
the Deced immediately but Deced
was dead, That he died in consequence
of the hurt he reced be the Scaffold
coming down, and believes it to be
accidental, nobody being there but
Mr. Pool and the Deced
