it would he proper to have him committed to Bridewell
and Passed a fresh, but as he appeared to he such a
pasty Wrotch it would he better to let him go about
his Business, and Deponent then Said to the Deceased
he might go about his Business and the Door should
be left open, the Deceased then laid down his Head
as Deponent imagined sleep himself Saber, and
in that State Deponent left the Deceased.

Charles Plumkett< no role > [..] of Princes Street St. Margaret
Westminster Labourer , on his Oath saith, That on Saturday
last about Eleven o'Clock in theMorningforeman, on
being informed that a Man was a Dying in the West Hole
of St. Margaret's Watch House he went there, the Deceased
was lying all along on his Back, Deponent called in a
Strange Man to help him to carry the Deceased to the
Workhouse , they look up the Deceased and brought him
to the Workhouse them King him Dead and in coming by the Coach and Horses
Alehouse near to Deans Yard Gate he saw the Deceased
stetch his Leg out, the Deceased was laid before the
Kitchen Fire in the Workhouse , and he left him in about

Two Minutes - Deponent said and thought he was
quite Dead when he left him - Deponent says the
Deceased had no Shirt on, and appeared to be in a
deplorable State.

William Rotham< no role > one of the Patroles of St. Margaret
Westminster , on his Oath saith, Mat on Saturday last
about Five o'Clock in the Morning he came to the
Watch House with the other Patroles and Saw the
Deceased lying on the outside of the Watch House by the
Door, and Knight and English with the Deponent took the Deceased by
the Shoulder and Legs to carry him into the Watch House
Ashdon the Bedel came and Shut the Hatch way Door
Saying he Should not come in - they Leg'd of him to Let
him come in Ashdon Said he might lye, Dye, and he Damn'd
for he'd Answerable - Deponent did not think the
Deceased was Drunk, but the was very cold and Shivering
