Informations taken this fifth day
of November 1788 at the Parish of St.
Ann within the Liberty of Westmr. in
the County of Midsex upon an Inquisition
touching the death of Tedediah Thomas< no role >
lying dead in the said Liberty & County

David Evans< no role > a Lodger at Mr. Bridges in Great
Earl Street in the Parish of St. Giles in the
Fields Shoemaker on his Oath saith That
he has known the Deced about fifteen
Years, That Deced lodged in the same Room
with Dept. at Mr Bridges and that they
Slept together, Says that the Deced has
been very ill for three weeks or a Month
last past and that he saw Deced take
Pills out of a Box that he had in his
Pocket Says that on Friday last the thirty
first day of October between three and four
o'Clock in the Afternoon Dept. spit Blood in
his Lodgings and appeared to be very ill
and went out but Dept. did not see him
afterwards, alive, Says that he saw the
Body of they Deced this day of Mr Cuttinder
an Andertaker in life. St. Martins Lane
in a Shell.

Everard Home< no role > of Green Street Leicester
Square Surgeon on his Oath saith That
he has this day Examind the Body of the
Deced and found no external appearance
upon it that could cause Death and says that
the Deced died by the great loss of Blood in
consequence of the Rupture of an internal
Vessel.
