Chosen who being then and there duly Sworn and Charged to inquire for Our said Lord the King, when
how, and by what Means the said Jedediah Thomascame to his Death do upon their
Oath say That the said Jedediah Thomas on the Thirty first day of October in the Year
aforesaid at the said Parish of St. Ann
within the Liberty and County aforesaid departed
this Life by the Visitation of God in a natural Way, and not otherwise.
In Witness whereof as well the said Coroner as the said
