in the County of Middlesex }
to wit

An Inquisition Indented taken for Our Sovereign
Lord the King at the Parish of Saint Ann within the Liberty of the Dean and Chapter
of the Collegiate Church of St. Peter Westminster in the County of Middlesex the Fifth
day of November in the twenty ninth year of the Reign of Our Sovereign Lord George the Third by
the Grace of God of Great Britain France and Ireland King Defender of the Faith and so
Forth before Thomas Prickard< no role > Gentleman Coroner of our said Lord the King for the said City
and Liberty On View of the Body of Jedediah Thomas< no role > then lying dead in the Parish of St. Martin
in the Fields within the said Liberty, upon the Oath of Samuel Pidcock< no role > , Philip Cristina Smith< no role >
George Mason< no role > , Richard Banks< no role > , James Swans< no role > , Abraham Hitchins< no role > , Thomas Wincott< no role > , Nathaniel Elford< no role > ,
Ralph Ellis< no role > , John Morton< no role > , Thomas Sanders< no role > , Samuel Turner< no role > , Stephen Le Clere< no role >
Laurence Whittam< no role > , William Grover< no role > and Daniel Collinge< no role > good and lawfull Men of the said Liberty duly
Chosen who being then and there duly Sworn and Charged to inquire for Our said Lord the King, when
how, and by what Means the said Jedediah Thomascame to his Death do upon their
Oath say That the said Jedediah Thomas on the Thirty first day of October in the Year
aforesaid at the said Parish of St. Ann within the Liberty and County aforesaid departed
this Life by the Visitation of God in a natural Way, and not otherwise.

In Witness whereof as well the said Coroner as the said
Samuel Pidcock< no role > Foreman of the said Jurors on the behalf of himself and
the rest of his Fellows in their presence have to this Inquisition set their Hand
and Seals the Day year and place abovementioned
