Dept. saw the Decedlyingon the Floor with his Head
against the Wainscot hearing a Pistol in each of his
Hands, Says that the Deced's Cloaths were Bloody and
a great deal of Blood upon the Floor, and the Deced
appeared to be dead, Says the there was no
person with the Deced when Dept. went up Stairs
and Dept. believes. that the Deced shot himself
with one of the Pistols. Says that he frequently
saw the Deced and for about three weeks last past
does believe that he was at times Disordered in
his Senses.

John Bellingham< no role > at No. 17. Old Bond Street on his Oath
saith That having been some Years acquainted with
the Deced and knowing that the Deced's mind had been
some time decayed, and particularly so last Friday
when Dept. was on a Visit to him Dept. therefore
called at Deced's House Yesterday morning about
Twenty minutes before Eleven o'Clock, and soon
after he got in he heard the Deced upon the Stairs
ask who was there, and was answered by his Son
Say had about Eleven o'Clock he heard a Noise
and Mr. Garnett Deced's son found what was
the Matter, That the Maid Services came into the Room
saying that she thought it was the Report of a Pista
upon which Mr. Garnett & Dept. went up Stairs and
Mr. Garnett opened Deced Room Door which was
not fastened, and then Dept. saw the Deced on

has known John Dyne< no role > the Deced about Twenty
Years, was very intimate with the Deced &
Saw him frequently Says that Deced at heard
to be low Spirted desponding at times, and
Dept. believ that he was at times Disordered
in his Senses.

Joseph Roberts< no role > of Christs Hospital Apothecary
on his Oath saith That he has known the Deced
about twelve Years That he has at times been
low Spirited and desponding, and that his
wind appeared so much deranged on Wednesday
last
