Door but was not Admitted Says that he
did not see the Woman until, a knight Eleven
o'Clock when she was put into a Coach and
carried to the Westmr. Hospital .

John Leeds< no role > Surgeon at the Westmr. Hospital
on his Oath saith That Isabella Tilebartha< no role >
was brought to said Hospital on or about the
sixteenth a April last, bath her Wright being
broken, a Compound Fracture on the left
Flow and a Dislocation there, Says that
the Deced had Symptom of Insantly by the
whole time of her being in the Hospital
That all proper care was taken of the
Deced in the Hospital but that she died
there Yesterday in consequence of the
Fractures and Dislocation abovementioned
