Verdict

That on the 15. day of May 1788 a Man
unknown was found Drowned by the side of
the River Thomas at the Adelphs Wharf in the
Parish of St. Martin in the Fields within
the Liberty of Westmr . That no Marks of
violence appeared upon the Body but how he
became Drowned no Evidence doth
appear to the Jurors
