October in the year aforesaid between the Hours of Ten and Eleven in the night with great violence did endeavour
forcibly to enter into the Dwelling House of

in the Parish of St. Margaret
within the Liberty and County aforesaid and Threatened to set the said House on Fire Whereupon

a certain Gun called a Blunderbuss loaded with Gun powder and several loaden
Bulletts did then and there shoot off and discharge and that it so happened that some of the said Bulletts so
shot out of the said Blunderbuss by him the said

of October in the Year aforesaid until the twelfth day of the same Month in the same Year did
languish and languishing did live on which said twelfth day of October in the Year aforesaid at the
Hospital aforesaid he the said
