upon an Inquisition touching the death

lying dead in the said
Parish Liberty and County.

. on his Oath saith That
he drove his Master last Night to Ranelagh
That this Morning about a Quarter after
two o'Clock he was driving his Master
towardshe [..] and was George Kent< no role >
and
another Man behind the Coach in Ranelagh
Walk
. Says that being in the Road before he
got to the Fire Engine in the said Parish of
St. George
Hanr. Square a Man driving a
Hackney Coach called out three times
saying What will you drive away, and
leave the Man behind you, the Coachman
being then at some distance behind the Deced
That he drove forwards and Swore as he
passed by this Dept. saying, What, you could
not see the Man fall over your Wheel
Says that the Deced lay in the Road, and
before Depot. got to him Deced got up, picked
up his Hat in the Road and stagger'd across
the Road, Says that the Deced was put into
the Coach and carried to Sr. Charles's House
insensible, but he afterwards became Sensible
and on Sr. Charles asking Deced if the Wheel
had passed over him, he Answered No, and
afterwards said a Pole, Says that he was present
when the Surgeon Examined the Deced who said
that two of his Ribs were broken That the Deced
died about six o'Clock this Morning,
and Dept. believes that he died in
consequence of the hurt which he reced
by Accidentally falling from behind
the Coach in the Road of Timbers,
