Men were lifting up a Cart upon the Wheels in Blue Ancher
Yard in the Parish aforesaid within the Liberty and County
aforesaid It so happened that one End of the Iron Axletree
of the said Cart then & there with great Force accidentally
Casually & by misfortune fell upon the left Foot over the Instep
of him the said

Received a mortal Wound and Bruise in and upon the
said Left foot of which said Mortal Wound and Bruise

of February in the same Year did languish and live for
which said tenth day of February at the said Parish Liberty &
