the Parish of St. George Hanover Square
within the Liberty of Westminster
in the County of Middlesex upon an
Inquisition touching the death of
Henry Pickering< no role > lying dead in
the said Parish Liberty by & County

William Hurst< no role > of Bruanton Street Portman
Square in the Parish of St. Mary le bone
Milk man on his Oath saith That this Morning
about Seven o'Clock this Dept. was coming
out of Farm's Mews when he heard a
Noise and looking up he saw a man
falling down from the top of a House
in Hill Street in the Parish of St. George
Hanover Square , and that a Ladder was
coming down at the same time Says that
Deced fell upon the Stone Pavement
in the foot Way. and reced a Wound
on the leftside of his Head, which bled
very much and Deced diedYesterday
instantly, Says that a [..] imediately
came down and said that he was upon
the House with the Deced who was upon
a Ladder there That the foot of the Ladder
slipped and Deced Accidentally fell down
with the Ladder.
