Informations taken this Twenty month
day of July 1786 at the Parish of
St. Margaret within the Liberty of Westmr
in the County of Middlesex upon an
Inquisition touching the death of
James Clydean< no role > lying dead in the
said Parish Liberty and County.

Charles Taylor< no role > House Surgeon at the Westmr
Hospital in the Parish of St. Margaret Westmr
on this Oath saith That James Clydean< no role > the
Deced was brought to said Hospital as
or Accident having part of the Muscles
of the left Foot to in [..] and the Bone
laid Bare, Says That he was informed
that the Deced was Rading upon the Staffs
of a Waggon on the twenty seventh
Instant, at the Turnpike at him he
in the Parish of St. George Hanover Square
and reced the hurt abovementioned
believes the Wheel and part of the Body
of the Waggon. Says that all proper
care was taken of the Deced in the
Hospital but that he died Yesterday
in the afternoon in consequence of the
Injury abovementioned
