having a Large Wound in his Throat
and a Large Knife in his left Hands. Bloding
which Dept took from him and Dept. believes
that Deced gave himself the Wound in
his Throat Which Cause his death

to the Deced on Saturday night last the

a Fever, that the Fever continued [..]
sunday, but was Abated yesterday
Morning when Dept. saw him, Deced
always complained of his Head and Dept. Think it
Possible that the Fever Night return and
came a Delirum
