Tenth day of January 1786 at the
Parish of St. Margaret within the
Liberty of Westmr in the County of
Middlesex upon an Inquisition
touching the death of John Gresham< no role >
lying dead in the said Parish
Liberty and County

Robert Anderson< no role > House Surgeon at the
Westmr. Hospital in the Parish of St. Margt.
Westmr . on his Oath saith That on the Third
day of this instant January John Gresham< no role >
the Deced was brought to said Hospital as
an Accident, complaining violenly of
his Back, Says that he Examined the
Deced and found, a Dislocation of the
Back, Says that all proper care was
taken of the Deced by Mr Just Eamond
and other Surgeons but Deced died in
the Hospital last Night about Twelve
o'Clock, Says that the Body was opened
to day, when the Vertibra were broken
and Dislocated, with such Injury done
to the Spinal Marrow, as was the cause
of the Deced's death.

Third Instant about Nine o'Clock in the
Morning Dept. was standing at his Elmers
Door when he saw John Gresham< no role > the
Deced driving a Caravan drawn by
two Horses and loaded with Hay & Straw
in Petty France , and turning into
Bell Yard , That being under the Gateway
