James Layton< no role > of Princes Street Westmr . Brick layer
on his Oath saith That on Wednesday last the
fourteenth Instant Joseph Mould< no role > the Deced being a
Labour and was at work with Dept., Says that
the Deced was carrying a Hodd of Bricks upon
Ladder to a Building being the back part of a
House in Queen Street in the Parish of St. Margt.
Westmr Says that one Round of the Ladder broke
and the Deced's Thigh passed thro it and broke
the Thigh, Says that he helped to carry the
Deced to the Westmr. Hospital , And that the
Deced's hurt was merely Accidental as above
mentioned
