Information taken this Twenty
Seventh day of July 1785 at
King Bridge in the Parish of St.
Margaret within the Liberty of
Westmr. in the County of Midsex upon
an Inquisition touching the death of
Mary Price< no role > lying dead in the said
Parish Liberty and County.

Mary Turner< no role > of Norwood near Brinford
Widow on her Oath saith That Yesterday
between Ten and Eleven o'Clock Dept was
going to London and walking in the Road
between Kensington Gore and the half
Way House in the Parish of St. Margaret
Westminister , says that a Man was
driving a Cart loaded with Bricks and
drawn by three Horses (as Dept. thinks)
towards London, and that a Boy was at
the same time driving a Cart loaded with
Dung in the Road from London, each
of the Drivers being on the [..] near side
of their Horses, That a Gentleman and
a Gentle Woman were in a One Horse
Charse coming from London on a brisk
Trot, That the Gentleman drove the [..]
between the two Carts and ran the
Chaise against the Brick Cart which
overturned the Chaise and both the Man
and Woman were upon the Ground
in the Road, says that the Dung Cart was
moving and th off wheel of the Dung Cart
instertly passed over the Deced's Head
and Fractured the Head on the right side
says the the Deced died there immediately
stopped his Horses immediately [..] and
Dept believes that he could not see the deced
before the Wheel passed over her, and
thinks that the hurt she reced was merely
Accidentally
