Informations taken this Twenty eighth
day of June 1785 at the Parish of St. Margt.
within the Liberty of Westmr . in the County
of Midsex upon an Inquisition, touching
the death of Robert Dunn< no role > lying dead
in the said Parish Liberty & County.

Elizabeth Stone< no role > on his Oath saith that she was
in the Work house belonging to the Parish of St. Margt.
Westmr . on Saturday lost the Twenty [..] fifth instant
and being in the Seventeenth Ward about
Three o'Clock that Afternoon, when she heard Robert
Dunn
< no role > the Deced (who was likewise in the Workhouse )
come up Stairs and being got four or five steps
upon the stairs Dept. heard the Deced fall down
and Dept. heard no body upon the Stairs when
Deced fell, and believes there was no body
else there.

Mary Winyard< no role > on her Oath saith That on Saturday
last the Twenty fifth Instant she was in the
Laundry in the Workhouse of St. Margarets Parish
between three & four o'Clock in the Afternoon where she
Saw Robert Dunn< no role > the Deced going towards the
foot of the Stairs leading to the Ward where he
was Lodged in the Work house and in about
two Minutes Dept. heard the Deced fall down
upon which Dept. went to Deced and found him
lying at the Bottom of the Stairs with one of
his feet upon the bottom Staiwand his Head
near the Landry Door, being unable to
move himself or to speak, Says that Thomas
Comfort assisted her to lift up the Deced, but
Deced never spoke and appeared to be
dead, Says that she observed a few Drops of
Blood which come from the back part of Deced's
Head, Says that she believes that there was no
Person upon the Stairs with Deced when he
fell
