chose, who being then and there duly sworn and charged to enquire for our said Lord the
King, when, how, and by what Means the said

h is Death, do upon their oath say That the said

an Infant of the
Age of Thirteen Months being in Room or Apartment of its Father and
Mother in Horse shoe Alley

in the Parish aforesaid in the Liberty
and County aforesaid on the Fifth day of September in the Year aforesaid and being
near to the Fire Place, and a Saucepan being on the
[..] which was French
Beans and Boiling Water, it to happened that accidentally casually and by
Misfortune while the Mother moved from the Fire Place to a Cupboard in the
Room and the Father being Asleep on the Bed the said Child touching the handle
of the Saucepon or other part thereof or other Accident the said Saucepon fall
from off the said Time and the Boiling Water contained therein fell on the Breast
and Stomach of the said Child
which

the said Child languished and languishing ord Line untill the Sixth day of September being the next
Day and then Conculsions being brought on in consequence thereof Died And so the Jurors aforesaid in their Oath aforesaid do lay that the said

in manner and by the means aforesaid accidentally casually and by Misfortune came to his
Death and not otherwise. In Witness whereof as well the said Coroner as the Foreman of the
Jurors aforesaid on behalf of himself and the rest of the said Jurors have to this Inquisition set
their Hands and Seals the Day Year and at the Place abovementioned
