Deced and confirms the Account given by Mr.
Dobbin in every particular

James Gardner< no role > a Soldier in the Cold Stream Regimt.
of Guards on his Oath saith That this Morning about
a Quarter before five o'Clock Dept. was going to Lead
a Barge with Sand when he saw the Deced at
low Water Mark by the side of the River Thames
on Mill Bank near the Spread Eagle . Says that
the Deced was upon his face and did not appear
to have been long Drowned
