Verdict.


That a Person or Persons to the Jurors
unknown on the Tenth day of May 1784
feloniously wilfully and of her for lock [..] Malice fore thought
with a certain Bludgeon or Bludgeons did beat and strike
Nicholas Casson< no role > a Constable in and upon the Head and
Body thereby giving to the said Nichols Casson
Mortal Fractures in and upon the Head & the
Ribs on the left side, of which Fractures the said
Nicholas Casson< no role > languished until Eleventh
day of the same Month at the Parish of St. Paul
Covent Garden , and then and there deed of the
said Fractures
