By Virtue of a Warrant under the Hand and Seal of THOMAS
PRICKARD
< no role > , Gentleman , his Majesty's Coroner for the said City
and Liberty of Westminster , you are hereby summoned personally to be
and appear before him as a Juryman, on the is Sixth Day of
May at Six, of the Clock in the Afternoon
Precisely, at the House of Mr Lewis known by the Sign of
the Barley Mow in Mount Street in the Parish of
St. George, Hanover-Square , within the Liberty of Westminster , then and
there to enquire, in his Majesty's Behalf, touching the Death of
George Lewis< no role > and further to do and
execute such other Matters and Things as shall be the and there given
you in Charge, and not to depart without Leave. Hereof fail not at
your Peril. Dated this 6th Day of May 17 84
