Bed and then found a Pistol upon the
Floor by the side of the Deced, with which
Dept. thinks the Deced gave himself the
Wound in the Head which canted his
Death. Robert Barns< no role > the other Footman
being in the Kitchen in when the Deced
was Wounded.

Jane Musgrove< no role > Cook to Mr. Jones on her
Oath saith That the Accot. given by Susanna
Minton
< no role > her Fellow Servant is Strictly true.
and further Says that on moving the Deced
in Bed after he reced the Wound they
found a Kitchin Knife in the Bed. Says that
the Deced was low [..] on Wednesday which she
thought was [..] to [..] he had with Warns the
other Footman that Morning.

Cuthbert Potts< no role > of Pall Mall Surgeon on his
Oath saith That on Thursday last a little
before three o'Clock Dept. was desired to come
to the Deced, Says that he found the Deced
in Bed, and when he was reiced up, Dept.
saw a Wound made by a Pistol Ball on the right
side of Deced's Head above the right Ear.
Says that he fetched Mr. Crickshank the Surgeon
and Examined the Wound together and for received
some of the Brains come out through the wound
That they observed a Swelling above the Wound
where they found half a leaden Bullet, under
the Skin upon the Skull, Says that they met
there again at Seven o'Clock when they found
the Deced were but Sensible, when he refused
all Sustenance and would not take Medicines
Says that the Deced grew were and died
Yesterday in the Afternoon the Sixth Instant
and Dept. believes the Wound in the Head to
be the came of Deced's death.

Frances Loster< no role > on her Oath saith That
she was at Mr. Jones's on Wednesday M [..]
last at Work, when the heard the Deced
and Barns the other Footman Quarrelling
and Fighting in the Kitchin, each of them
Sticking the other, Says that she interfered
and parted them, That afterwards, the Deced fetched
some Water out of the Street, but Deced
did not complain of being hurt.
