the Cart and did not see the Deced foll, but imediately
heard the Deced groan as he lay upon the Ground
by the side of the Cart Says that the Deced bled from
a Wound on th right side of his Head, and complained
of his Shoulder Says that there was no Person in the
yard but this Dept, and the Deced, and believes that
the Deced's fall was Accidental Says that the Deced
walked that day to the Westmr, Hospital, where Dept,
afterwards saw him
