Information taken this Eighth day
of December 1783 at the Parish of St. Margaret
within the Liberty of Westmr. in the County
of Middlesex upon an Inquisition touching
the death of Fulvey Buggs< no role > [..] lying dead in
the said Parish Liberty and County.

John Winslow Mayd< no role > House Surgeon at the Westmr.
Hospital in the Parish of St. Margaret Westmr. on his
Oath saith, That the Deced was brought to said Hospital
about three week age as Dept. was informed, Dept.
having being threre about ten days only,Says
Says that the Deced had a violent Confusion on
the right side of his Head Says that all proper care
was taken of Deced in the Hospital but Deced
died there on Saturday Morning last the Sixth
Instant, Says that he opened the Deced after
Death and found a large Collection of Matter
upon the Brain on the right side, occasioned
by the Confusion, which was the cause of the
Deceds Death.

on Mill Bank in the Parish of St. John the Evangelist
Westmr. on his Oath saith That on the Eleventh day of
November last Dept. was in Mr. Mitchell's Yard,
loading a Cart with Wood for the Baker, Say's
that he told Fulvey Bugg that Deced to throw a Sack of Bran
on the top of the Wood, Says that he saw the Deced
deliver the Sack upon the Wood in the Cart
going up a Ladder. Says that he was behind
