Informations taken this Twenty eighth
day of October 1783 at the Parish of St. George
Hanover Square within the Liberty of Westmr .
in the County of Midsex upon a Inquisition
touching the death of Thomas Whitehead< no role >
an Infant lying dead in the said Parish

Thomas Whitehead< no role > and Infant of the Age of
Five Years on the 25. day of Octr. Instant being
in his Father's Lodging Room in a Stable Yard
in Park Street in the Parish of St. George Hanr.
Square, and standing before the Fire Accidentally
fell towards the Fire and threw down a Kettle
full of hot Water standing upon a First upon
the Fire, whereby the said Thomas Whitehead< no role >
was scalded in and upon his Neck Sides
and Stomach, of which he there died on the
Twenty sixth day of the same Month in
the Parish of St. George Hanover Square within
the Liberty of Westminster
