from a Cutlas as he thought, Says that
Barnes was taken by the Watchman across
the Street near the End of Queen Street
and that Barnes and the Watchmen
there had another Struggle and some of
the Watchmen took Barnes along towards
the End of Duke Street, the Deced staying
behind and walked a few steps to the
Kerb Stone before a Butcher 's Door,
Says that he observed the Deced to Bleed, and that
he Staggered a little and dropped down
upon the Pavement Says that there was
a great deal of Blood upon the Ground
which came from the Deced but Dept. did
not see the Wound, Says that he did
not see any Person strike the Deced
no did he see any Weapon
