That the said John Aldon< no role >
on the 29th day of August 1782 being
at Work in the Garden of the House of Mr Robinson in Berkeley
Square in the Parish of St George Hanover Square
in the Liberty
of Westminster
Rolling the Paval with a Rolling Stones it so
happened that accidentally casually and by Misfortune he the
Said John Aldon< no role >
Coming too near the descant or Slope of the
Ground near to the Area of the said House and over powered by
the force of the Roller fell from the said Ground into the Area
with the said Rolling Stone, and then and there received a violent
and Mortal Concussion on the Brain of which said Mortal
Concussion he the said John Aldon< no role >
then and there instantly
Died, And to the Jurors on their Oath say that the said John
Aldon< no role >
in manner and by the Meary aforesaid accidentally
Casually and by Misfortune came to his Death and not otherwise
In Witness whereof the Hoseman on behalf of himself and
the rest of the Jurors has hereunto set his Hand they 30th
day of August 1782
