lend him three Sumeas which Deponent did and the
Deceased gave him his Note for it Deponent says he is
Cousin to the Deceased. Deponent has thought the Deced
has after appeared wild, and different from what he
used formerly to be, says the Deceased has said to him
that he should wish to have Mrs Cave for a Wife or wonds
to that penport but that Mrs Cave had gave him very little
encouragement

John Mackcabe Waiter at Mr Holy lands Coffer House in the
Stand on his Oath Saith that the Deceased called on him
one day this Week

Thomas Mainwaring< no role > of Bedford Street Covent Garden Apotheary
on his Oath saith, that he has taken a View of the Body of the
Deceased, the Substance he formed at the bottom of the Chamber
Pet which is said to Lane stood by his Bed side he believes
to be Arsenic, and that his Death was caused by taking
