a Baker in Milbank Street in the Parish of St. John the Evanglist
Westminster
on her Oath saith That on Wednesday the 30th. day
of August last she was setting on a Steel in the Dorn way of
the Shop of her said Brother's House, between two and three
o'Clock or thereabouts, she saw a Dray with two Horses
belonging to Richard Pearce< no role >
Esqr. Brewer
in Milbank Street in
the said Parish, the fore Horse was a Stone Horse, standing
Still just against the Door of her Brothers' House, Deponent,
saw a Man whick she understands was the Deceased and
that his Name was Jonathan Fidler< no role >
coming along driving a
Team with three Horses with Lacks in the Cart, and he
was between the said Dray and his own Horses in the place
that he should be, Deponent says as the fore Horse of the
Deceds
