Saith, That about a Quarter before Six this
Morning Dept. saw the Body of the Deced
lying with his face downwards and Floating
upon the River Thomes at Mr. Pelkingtons
Whart between the Fourth and fifth
Barges of the Second Tier, says that
they fixed a Rope around the Deced's
arms and pulled him into the Dock and
afterwards at High water, to the shore
Says that he observed a small Continuon
on the back part of Deced's Neck, and
appeared to have been long Drowned.
