upon an
Inquisition touching the death of
Samuel

lying dead in the said Parish
Liberty and County.

in the parish of St. Ann

. on her Oath saith, That she has lived
there about a year and that Samuel Hyde< no role >
the
Deced, apprentice to Mr. Buring lived there
all that time, says that the Deced came
in last Night about Nine o'Clock, and was
afterwards sent out for some Beer and
returned immediately, says that the Deced
cat no Supper, and was in the Parlour
with Mr. Buring and Mr. Foster some time
says that the Deced went to Bed in the Kitchen
(where he usually Slept) about half hour
after Ten o'Clock last Night without speaking
to Dept. says says that she heard the Deced
a Little before Seven o'Clock this Morning
open the Street Door to lat the Men in to
work and just afterwards Dept. saw the Deced
sitting upon his Bed Dressing himself, says
that she went about her Business and
came there again about a Quarter after seven
when the Deced's Bed was turned up as
usual and Dept. throught that he was gone
to work. says that she had occasion to go into
the Back Kitchin about Eight o'Clock and there
saw the Deced Hanging by a Cord, upon which
she went to Acquaint her Master therewith
