William Clark< no role > of Queen Street in the Parish
of St. George Hanover Square Surgeon on his Oath
saith, That on Tuesday Morning last (Novr. 5)
he was called up by Mr Hemmings's Servant
desiring him to came to see Mr Hemmings's other
Servant who was killed by a Horse, upon which
he went and found the Deced in Mr. Hemmings
Stable, having a Wound near his Jaw bone
his Right Leg Fractured, and Bruises on [..]
& both sides, Says that the Deced had no [..]
nor could he draw breath, Says that the Deced
once groaned and died immediately, Says
that he Examined the Body of the Deced to day
that the Wound near the Deced's Jaw bone
was not the cause of the Deced's death, and
believes that the Bruises upon the Deced's
body occasioned the Deced's death. and say
that there Bruises might be [..]
received by a Horse Kicking him or
Trampling upon him
