of the Age of Eight Years, on the Seventeenth day of October in the
Year aforesaid being in the Cowhouse of

in the Parish aforesaid within the Liberty and
County aforesaid, And the Cows being then let loose and going out
of the said Cowhouse, It so happened that one of the said Cows then
and there Accidentally Casually and by Misfortune kicked the

in and upon the Rightside of his Head
by Means whereof the said

then and there received
one mortal Bruise in and upon the Right side of his Head, of
which said Mortal Brunt he the said

there instantly died. And so the Jurors aforesaid upon their
Oath aforesaid do say, that the said

and by the Means aforesaid, Accidentally Casually and by Misfortune
came to his death and not otherwise. In Witness whereof
as well the said Coroner, as the said Daniel Armstrong
Foreman of the said Jurors, on behalf of himself and the rest
of his Fellows, in their presence have to this Inquisition, set
their Hands and Seals, the Day Year and Place first above written.
