of St. James Westminster on his Oath saith That
he was informed this Morning about Seven
o'Clock that a dead Child had been found in a
Basket in Bridle Lane , Says that he went there
and found the Male Child in on Old Flag Basket
lying under a Cart in Bridle Lane , Says
that he saw no Marks of violence upon the
Child, That he carried the Child to the Parish
Infirmary and left it there.
